Our machinery is housed in a climate-controlled building, to maintain the thread at optimum stitching temperature. This ensures that thread breakages are kept to a minimum, producing consistently top quality embroidery and reducing machine down-time.
Our computerised machines can embroider up to 15 colours simultaneously.
Only the highest quality thread is used and with thousands of colours in a variety of finishes, your design is not only accurately represented but given texture and life.
We use viscose rayon thread for the majority of our embroidery. It is hardwearing, and has a glossy, silk-like look.
